The woman in this painting has learned the lesson of self love and is radiating that love out to the universe and in return she is receiving more love back in a never ending cycle. As her heart “shimmers” you can see her radiating energy brighten the world around her. The hummingbird here is a further reflection of her love as South American shamans believe a hummingbird resides in the heart chakra.
